Miyamoto Shrine> Score Guide

Review Score Guide
On Miyamoto Shrine we've decided to go with a score out of 5 style system so that we can let you know if the game is great or if it's pants. We opted for this style because we cant exactly say if Ocarina of Time is better Mario 64 like we'd have to if we used a percent system. If you're confused about what these scores mean, here is a guide for you:

5 STARS
Any game that gets five stars is a revolutionary genre defining game, we will only give five stars to games that by Shigeru Miyamoto's standards are a step up.

Examples: Zelda: Ocarina Of Time, Super Mario 64.

4 STARS
Games that get four stars are excellent games that stick out from the croud, just because they don't get that last star dosn't mean they arn't amazing or innovative.

Examples: Super Mario Kart, F-Zero X and Starfox 64

3 STARS
Good, you cant really say the 3 star games arn't as good as any other game for a particular reason, they're genually flawed by something like being too short.

Examples: Super Smash Bros., Luigi's Mansion and Waverace: Blue Storm.

2 STARS
An average game that cannot be defined from other games on the shelf, usually 2 star games are a love or hate affair.

Examples: Yoshi's Story and Mario Advance.

1 STAR
Terrible games that are bad by even 3D0's standards, if we give a game a 1 rating then we are disapointed with Nintendo for releasing such a terrible title.

Examples: None.
