The N64 system looks very sleek and stylish yet it is very sturdy and will work long after you drop it from the top of your house. It's about the same width of a NES and about an inch smaller in length, it's half the size in height but don't forget you're going to have to stick a cart in the top of it unlike the standard NES. The Nintendo 64 logo is very nicely branded on the front of the system along with the power LED, on the top of the system are the power switch and reset button which surround the expansion port used to hold the N64 expansion pack.

The greatest thing about the Nintendo 64 was the 4 controller ports, no system had more than 2 controller ports as standard before and the N64 was without a doubt the multiplayer console.

Nintendo's choice to go with carts with the N64 was extremely controversial but only mostly with developers, for me they're durable, easy to store and they have no load times.
