Nintendo 64 > The Accessories

Controller Pack
Because Nintendo opted to stay with cartridges a memory card was not necessarily needed to save a game except when saving track times and ghosts on Mario Kart and Diddy Kong Racing.

Rumble Pack
Probably the most copied Nintendo invention ever (behind the d-pad) Sony quickly re-designed their controller to keep up with the N64's innovations after Nintendo unveiled the rumble pack. The rumble pack allows you to "feel" the game as it vibrates when the character in the game gets hit or something explodes.

Expansion Pack
The expansion pack gave the N64 4MB more memory which could be used to create more detailed graphics or bigger environments with more voice audio. Plus it came with the greatest Nintendo accessory of all time; the Jumper Pack Ejection Tool™!

Transfer Pack
The transfer pack allowed the Gameboy and Nintendo 64 to exchange information, for example in Pokιmon Stadium you can upload your Pokιmon from your Gameboy onto the N64 and play the game in 3D.
