Miyamoto Wins Golden Joystick By Andy on Friday, November 28, 2003 | Yesterday Mr. Miyamoto became the first person to recieve a Golden Joystick Hall of Fame Award. Accepting the speach at the London event via video-link Mr. Miyamoto said "I'm honoured to become the first recipient of the Golden Joystick Hall of Fame Award, and I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you all, taking this opportunity, I would like to thank all the game fans and games media in Europe for helping energise the videogame industry."
Also, this very site appears in this month's issue of Electronic Gaming Monthly on page 72; "Judging from this site's obsessive amount of info on Mario and Zelda creator Shigeru Miyamoto, we imagine the apartments of the two guys who run this site are wallpapered with images of him. Nekkid." Lies, all lies.
